A three-day evidence-informed course to improve CPD and teacher development

This innovative programme gives a comprehensive overview of the most important research evidence in education on CPD and learning. Leaders research strategies to suit their school’s needs and receive support to implement their CPD plans in an evidence informed way.  They will be shown where to find the best evidence and consider how to develop evidence literacy in their school. This programme actively supports leaders to plan and deliver high impact professional development for their teachers.  Suitable for Primary and Secondary leaders.
