This course will help you to track progress and provision for pupils with SEMH in a mainstream setting. Delegates will observe quality first teaching for SEMH in KS1 and KS2 classrooms to show which strategies are working and how this impacts on student behaviour and learning.

This course will help you to track progress and provision for pupils with SEMH in a mainstream setting. It includes theory and pedagogy context to define and understand the difference between SEMH and behaviour. We will show how SEMH range maps are used in the classroom and explain how tracking systems for behaviours and policy can be used to ensure the right provision is in place. Delegates will observe quality first teaching for SEMH in KS1 and KS2 classrooms to show which strategies are working and how this impacts on student behaviour and learning.
