We will be doing maintenance to our website systems on Sunday, 31 January. Despite the ongoing situation with Covid-19 it is essential that we maintain the security of our systems. This will help us continue to deliver vital public health messages and information about council services via our website and allow you all to access our services using online forms. The work should be done with little disruption to you and any interruption should be short. If you do have problems accessing the site or something doesn’t work on Sunday, please try again later.
The classroom can be a challenging place for both pupils and staff. This course looks at a graduated response to anxieties in the classroom that lead to challenging behaviour. It will provide a range of practical strategies drawn from the range guidance for Social, Emotional and Mental Health need
It will support staff to develop strategies to manage the anxieties, escalations and crises that can evolve from unmet learning needs. It will include exemplar documentation to support risk assessment and reporting an incident. Plenty of ideas for accessible and easy to implement resources and strategies.
Refreshments are included. On arrival, mid-morning and lunch
