We will be doing maintenance to our website systems on Sunday, 23 August. Despite the ongoing situation with Covid-19 it is essential that we maintain the security of our systems. This will help us continue to deliver vital public health messages and information about council services via our website and allow you all to access our services using online forms. The work should be done with little disruption to you and any interruption should be short. If you do have problems accessing the site or something doesn’t work on Sunday, please try again later.
Over the last 7 years the Curriculum Innovation Service have worked locally, regionally and nationally delivering highly successful ’Primary Film Literacy projects’ with a range of partners including BFI , Into Film, IVE (formerly Cape UK), Philip Webb Literacy and Bradford City of Film.
These projects have all achieved their outcomes to increase attainment and engagement in reading and writing across Key Stage 2. We are excited and proud to be able to offer Bradford schools the chance to be involved in our next Film Literacy project in partnership with Into Film. This project is a 3 year funded project and will enable your school to effectively embed the film literacy across the curriculum to increase attainment and engagement in Literacy.
If you would like to be considered for the project (there are 7 school places available for the Bradford Cohort) please click here to find out more and to complete the expression of interest form.
