We will be doing maintenance to our website systems on Sunday, 31 January. Despite the ongoing situation with Covid-19 it is essential that we maintain the security of our systems. This will help us continue to deliver vital public health messages and information about council services via our website and allow you all to access our services using online forms. The work should be done with little disruption to you and any interruption should be short. If you do have problems accessing the site or something doesn’t work on Sunday, please try again later.
Sessions will start at 8.45 until 11.45 and at 1.15 until 4.15 pm. Please ensure staff attending have the information provided in the letter about what is required to fully participate in this session. Attendance only at allocated session.
To fully participate in the agreement trialling session each reception teachers will require the following: • The latest end of Spring term assessment/ judgements for all children in their class. • Completed gap analysis questions from Spring 2/Summer 1 data (pink handout at January session and available to download from our ‘early learning’ on Edmodo site in the folder named ‘January agreement trials’) • Observations/journals for 2 children who should be achieving some ELGs but may have some gaps or aspects where discussions could help to support teachers making these judgements for ‘cuspy’ children who may or may not achieve the GLD • Evidence for 2 children for Writing ELG 10 expected level, including adult led/child initiated, range of examples and information to support making this judgement. • Evidence and examples for all children where Exceeding in writing is being considered as an end of EYFSP judgement
