Thank you for the responses and comments we have had so far from schools regarding the SEND consultation about the specialist teaching and support services, and to those of you who have been able to attend or send staff to the consultation events.

Part of the proposal is that the new Integrated 0-25 SEND service we are proposing will need to generate an income of 30% and the majority (70%) of the service will continue to be funded from the High Needs Block.  What we would find very useful as part of this consultation is to ask you – ‘What teaching and support specialist services in the proposals would you be interested in paying for?’
