FREE eTwinning training workshop:'Developing internationalism using eTwinning'

at Steeton Primary School, Market St, Steeton, Keighley BD20 6NN
Wednesday 7 March 4.00-5.15

This workshop aims to encourage and help participants to develop the international dimension in their classroom and school.  We will explore eTwinning, a free online platform for schools to work together with European partners.  We will also look at Erasmus+ and the International School Award.

eTwinning was established 12 years ago and now includes some 500,000 teachers in 41 European countries.   Teachers and pupils work together in shared projects, designed by teachers, which can be as flexible as you wish.  eTwinning also offers training for teachers, both online and face-to-face, including opportunities for training abroad.

The workshop is free to participants, funded by the British Council as the UK Support Service for eTwinning.  It will be suitable for both primary and secondary teachers.

It will be led by Diana Linford, eTwinning Ambassador in the Yorkshire and Humberside region, and teacher at Steeton and Eastburn Schools.

Please email Diana to confirm your interest and she will send you a workshop registration link.
