BBC Ten Pieces Festival - Opportunity for Secondary Schools

Our BBC Ten Pieces Festival on 24 March 2018 will be a celebration of music, art, dance and lots more! There’ll be performances from schools/groups throughout the day, as well as art and music workshops, an art hunt, prizes, and big sings.

As part of this, we’d like to have a few individuals/small groups performing in different areas throughout the day, so that wherever people go, there is music.

This is a great opportunity for your pupils, if you have any that would like to take part.

We’re looking for soloists or small groups (up to 5ish) who can play in small areas as people pass them by. They can be any genre/style, and don’t have to be linked to the Ten Pieces. If we say about 15 mins each, but can be shorter or longer if they want

A BOPA licence is required but this is not hard!

Please let me know if you have anyone who would like to do it; the more the merrier!
