The course aims are as follows:-
Identification of speech, language and communication needs, specific learning difficulties, children with English as an additional language and children with moderate learning difficulties
How these difficulties present in the classroom and where they overlap
Responsibilities of the class teacher as described in the Code of Practice for SEN 2014
Course Participants will receive an inclusive classroom toolkit to support the planning and delivery of provision for children with SLCN, EAL, SpLD and MLD.
