Project SEARCH is a unique opportunity for young adults aged 18-25 who have a cognitive learning disability, to develop skills for the work place and be supported in their search for employment. Our graduates complete over 900 hours of work experience, in
three different roles, with support from a Tutor, Job Coaches and expert work place mentors. The goal of the project is for our interns to find paid employment.
We are looking for interns to start in September 2018, who have good attendance records, are reliable, ready to work hard and committed to aim for getting a paid job by the end of the programme.
Why not come to our Open House Information Evening? On Monday 11 December at 6pm we are offering an opportunity to find out more about Project SEARCH Bradford, which is a partnership between Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, hft, Southfield
School, The University of Bradford and Bradford Council. At the event you will be able to get information about the project, meet the Tutor and Job Coaches and find out more about the employers who provide placements.
Application packs for the September 2018 intake will be available at the event, and are also available to download from our website
