...Penalty Notices are issued in line with Bradford MDC’s Local Code of Conduct and quote a six school week period. If Penalty Notices go unpaid we are required to list the case in court within a limited time frame.
Therefore, for our admin process to run more efficiently we are requesting that Unauthorised Leave of Absence/Holidays in Term Time taken in
June and July are submitted as soon as possible.
We are also asking that requests for leave taken at the end of July and late back in September are also submitted as soon as possible.
For those taking leave September onwards please submit theses requests with six school week attendance data for this academic year. This will be around October half term.
