The academy runs 4 cohorts over the year where a member of staff and 6 children attend 2 half day training sessions, a celebration event and receive a school visit. Included is full support for staff and children for a year through the online Edmodo platform and the award of Digital Leader virtual badges and certificates for achievements completed by the pupils.

The provision includes sessions on the safe and responsible use of a range of technologies, developing appropriate knowledge and understanding of specific technologies relevant to each school context, exhibiting good communication skills with staff / pupils and utilising Digital Leaders effectively to support the innovative use of digital and mobile technology across the school. Each child will have access to an Edmodo (www.edmodo.com) account and can achieve a range of Online badges and certificates based on the activities they deliver in school.

Cost: £450 for 6 children and includes 2 half day training sessions and a school visit. (£375 for subscribers)
