The Curriculum Innovation team are excited to announce that they have secured Lee Parkinson, better known as @ICT_MrP, to deliver the keynote address at their inaugural Educational Technology Conference to be held on 4 July 2017 at The Innovation Centre Bradford.

The conference, sponsored by Smoothwall, will focus on making effective use of technology to raise attainment and engagement in the classroom and will feature hands on workshops and breakouts from specialist technology companies highlighting the impact of their products.

Practitioner Breakouts include:-

  • How can I make Cost Effective use of Technology in my School? 
  • Game Maker’s Toolkit. Bringing Fun, Independence and Creativity to Programming   
  • What Impact can Primary Digital Leaders have in my School?
  • Digital Making with a Crumble   
  • An Introduction to using Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality in the Classroom
  • Using 3D Printing to support Mathematics and Learning through Enterprise Projects

The team are aware of school budget constraints and are hosting the conference at The Innovation Centre Bradford in order to reduce ticket prices.  As a result places are strictly limited to 75.  For a detailed description of the breakout sessions and to book your place please click here.  Tickets are priced at £99 for subscriber schools and £125 for non-subscribers and include a buffet lunch and refreshments.
