FFT Aspire user accounts that have not been accessed for 13 months or more will be automatically deactivated, overnight on
Monday 20th March. This process will be repeated on a monthly basis from then onwards.
These accounts are for the Aspire main data site only: this will not affect Aspire Administration accounts.
FFT emailed FFT Aspire users in February and included information about this process in the email.
Any Aspire Administrators will be able to reactivate the deactivated accounts by following the usual steps.
The local authority can only reactivate FFT admin accounts, any issue regarding resetting and accessing FFT Aspire accounts should be directed to FFT.
