Service Level Agreement for Essential Building Maintenance

All schools will now have received the Building and Technical Services SLA brochure outlining the costs for 2017 and the tasks available for selection.

You need to complete the subscription form within the brochure and return it to Building a Technical Services before the 1 April 2017 to ensure that no unnecessary additional costs are incured as the contract operates within a financial year from April to March the following year.

At the same time as completing the subscrition form, please note that you also need to go to the BTS Website and create your own customer login.  This will enable you to view charges/invoices as information gets uploaded to your account.  If you use SAP then please make sure that you state your cost centre on the subscription form (typically a four letter code starting with 'R') so that we can charge directly.  This will  help reduce our impact on the environment.

Please do not miss out on an opportunity to make savings by taking out an extended contract as the base SLA cost will be frozen for the length of the contract.  A large number of schools have benefitted from this option and due to the positive response to this we have opted to continue the promotion this year.  If you are not sure which options to select then we can carry out a review for you and add tasks to the contract as your need changes.  

All SLA's must be returned to BTS (prefarably via email) before 1 April 2017 or additional charges may be incurred.  Please do not delay.
