We will be doing maintenance to our website systems on Sunday, 31 January. Despite the ongoing situation with Covid-19 it is essential that we maintain the security of our systems. This will help us continue to deliver vital public health messages and information about council services via our website and allow you all to access our services using online forms. The work should be done with little disruption to you and any interruption should be short. If you do have problems accessing the site or something doesn’t work on Sunday, please try again later.
We are reviewing our processes and streamline our service. We want to encourage further dialogue from our schools prior to taking/considering legal action; we believe consultation with one of the ESWS managers will prevent cases being withdrawn at a later date.

We want to encourage further dialogue from our schools prior to taking/considering legal action; we believe consultation with one of the ESWS managers will prevent cases being withdrawn at a later date. This will enable us to identify any gaps and ensure the correct methods of intervention/support have been implemented.
We will continue to over the next few months provide updates to the ‘School Attendance and the Law’ and ‘Leave of absence in term time’ sections.
If you have any queries in the meantime feel free to contact Waheeda.shah@bradford.gov.uk or Lindsey.fallon@bradford.gov.uk
