SFA Apprenticeship funding still available

There are big changes to both funding and delivery models for apprenticeships in May 2017.

The apprenticeship frameworks will gradually be changing to 'standards' and will require a 10% employer contribution towards the cost of training.  Employers with an annual pay bill of more than £3 million will need to spend 0.5% of their total pay bill on the apprenticeship levy. They will be able to access funding for apprenticeships through a new digital apprenticeship service account. By 2020, all employers will be able to use the digital apprenticeship service to pay for training and assessment for apprenticeships.

Skills for Work at Bradford Council still has funding available through the Skills Funding Agency to deliver apprenticeship frameworks before the changes take place. This funding is available for both new and existing staff (subject to eligibility) to complete a full apprenticeship framework.

We offer the following apprenticeship programmes:

  •  Business Admin              Level 2 & 3
  • Customer Service            Level 2 & 3
