Bradford District Schools 5 v 5 Football Festival 2017

Bradford Council’s Sport & Leisure Service would like to invite your school to enter a team(s) into the 20th anniversary Annual Bradford District Schools 5v5 Football Festival.

The Festival will take place during the week commencing 15th May 2017. It aims to bring children and young people of all abilities together to play football in a safe and supportive atmosphere. Playing experience or ability is not important.

The games will take place at the Marley Activities and Coaching Centre, Keighley, BD21 4DB. The games will be played on the synthetic and grass pitches at the centre.

Teams (squads of 7 maximum apply) will compete in leagues. Each member of the winning and runners up squads from each age group will receive a prize. Every player taking part in the festival will receive a certificate.  

Leagues                      All games will start at 4.00pm each day.

* Under 9 & Under 11 Boys Leagues - Girls may be included in these teams.

Should your school wish to enter a team(s), please complete and return the attached application form with payment as soon as possible. The final deadline for entries is Friday 31st March 2017.

Confirmation, including fixtures and footwear requirements, will be forwarded shortly after the Easter school holidays (April 2017). A copy of the rules and regulations will also be supplied, including a Code of Conduct, emphasising the high standard of behaviour expected from everyone present.
