The 2016 Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 1 unvalidated data, phonics data and context data are now available in the
interactive section of RAISEonline. Data for 2016 will not be available until the November release for absence and later for the Early Years Foundation Stage.
A new methodology guidance document has been uploaded to the
RAISEonline library under the ‘How Ofsted and DfE analyse your data’
folder. This document provides an overview of how to navigate RAISEonline reports, key definitions, and an outline of the methodology used to produce the different reports. It also provides guidance on how to interpret the information. Please note information
on key stage 4 will be added in late November.
The summary reports will be available from 9am on Tuesday 25 October 2016.
The inspection dashboards will be available by the end of October 2016.
The Key Stage 1 unvalidated reports reflect the data received by the Department for Education (DfE) by the collection deadline. Any data submitted after this deadline will be incorporated within the final datasets if these are published.
The 2016 Key Stage 2 unvalidated dataset in RAISEonline does not include the results of late marking reviews or the outcome of amendments requested by schools during the annual performance tables checking exercise. Schools that want to produce a report which
takes these into account, can use the ‘data management’ function in RAISEonline to make local amendments and produce a ‘school’s own’ report. Information on how to do this is in the RAISEonline library.
