This session looks at how practitioners can help parents and carers to establish positive psychological foundations - supporting children in the Early Years and beyond. It draws on current Neuroscience, Psychological and Child Development perspectives and
helps practitioners feel confident and competent in sharing this knowledge with others. It looks at how children's social, emotional and learning development are all affected by good mental health and positive first relationships and how to recognise and address
unmet social and emotional needs.
