Raising Attainment in Primary Science through facilitated Action Research

Delivered in partnership with the Science Learning Partnership

Launched by Rosemary Feasey, this programme will support colleagues in the implementation and evaluation of personalised approaches to raising pupils’ attainment. 

This course will support you in conducting a small scale action research project across the academic year. Rosemary Feasey will lead a day’s initial input on Measuring Progress in Primary Science and support participants in action planning around their chosen theme. This is followed by two half day and one final full day workshops which will support the implementation and evaluation of the chosen project. In addition, the course will enable you to implement a range of successful approaches to improving student outcomes in Working Scientifically. This course is offered as part of a collaboration between Northern Lights Science Learning Partnership and Bradford Birth 2 Nineteen Teaching School Alliance.
