We're delighted to offer an heavily subsidised Enhancing Middle Leaders Programme to 10 primary schools graded in their most recent Ofsted report as 'requires improvement'.

Through funding secured from the Commissioning Board, we're pleased to offer 10 Bradford primary schools currently graded as 'requires improvement' the opportunity for one current middle leader to participate in the National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership (NPQML) programme at a heavily subsidised price. Typically, the programme costs £1050 per person; we're able to offer this for just £400 plus booking fee on this occasion.
The programme consists of an initial 30th June 2016 twilight session at Horton Grange Primary School for the participant and their 'mentor' - a senior leader from their school who will oversee the participants involvement - plus four full day events, starting on the 16th September 2016 until July 2017. Participants must complete and submit their course assessment by September 2017. Participants will be expected to attend all the sessions plus successfully complete the programme and assessment; this is part of the funding agreement.
Further information about the NPQML programme is available via the following link.
The localised programme will be delivered by Fran Whalley (Copthorne Primary School) and Sarah Fuller (Horton Grange Primary School).
The 10 places are available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
Initial briefing for participant AND ‘mentor’ (must attend to secure funding): Thursday, 30 June 2016 from 15:30 to 17:00
First full day of delivery - Friday 16th September
Horton Grange Primary School, Bradford
