The service has therefore temporarily been suspended until IT rectify the issue and retest it. We envisage the service will be back up and running by Tuesday 3rd May at the latest.
A further BSO Alert will be posted once the service is operational again.
If you have already submitted your claim, please could you recheck your results to ensure they are correct and not affected by this issue as it is not clear when the issue began. Please then resubmit your SIMS report.
