Do you want to learn the skills necessary for behaving assertively in a practical and confident manner?

Course aims and objectives:

This one and a half day course aims to help participants understand why it is sometimes difficult to refuse demands in the workplace and aims to build the skills necessary for behaving assertively in a practical and confident manner.

  • Enhance own confidence in the use of assertiveness skills.
  • Understand the importance of effective verbal and non-verbal communication.
  • Practice assertiveness skills in a supportive and comfortable environment.
  • Develop a personal plan of action.
