Course aims and objectives:
This one and a half day course aims to help participants understand why it is sometimes difficult to refuse demands in the workplace and aims to build the skills necessary for behaving assertively in a practical and confident manner.
- Enhance own confidence in the use of assertiveness skills.
- Understand the importance of effective verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Practice assertiveness skills in a supportive and comfortable environment.
- Develop a personal plan of action.
