This course is part of the Frontline Manager Development Programme and there is no prerequisite to book onto this course. This course may be taken as part of the Frontline Manager Development Framework or as part of a standalone module for
managers or aspiring leaders.
This Module is part of the Front Line Manager Programme aimed at people who are new to the role. However, the course can also be delivered to anyone who has been identified as having future potential for the
role of First Line Manager.
This Module can also be delivered as a “stand-alone” Module due to the generic content and is suitable for any new Line Manager
Please note that there is a charge of £50 per person to Non-council employees (including schools) to attend this course.
