The SMF offers support to young people interested in:
Accountancy | Architecture | Banking & Finance | Biology & Chemistry| Business | Engineering & Physics | Law | Media & Communications | Medicine| Politics | Technology| No Preference
to view the eligibility criteria.
Successful students are provided with a programme of mentoring, skills development, tailored university visits, university application support – covering personal statements, interviews and aptitude tests – and the opportunity for internships at over 200
of the most prestigious employers in the UK. Support continues whilst they are at university.
Events take place in both Leeds and Manchester, during the school holidays and on some evenings. Students invited and attending these events will have their travel covered for them.
Students interested in accountancy, banking & finance, engineering, law and medicine can also apply for a free one-two week
residential internship in London this summer.
