It is likely most photos will be of Christmas themed events over the next few weeks so it may be a good chance for your school to promote its activities, but maybe this is something you could do on an ongoing basis as there is so much happening in education
across the district all year round.

If you do send photos please ensure that all your parental permissions are in place and if there are 2 or 3 children in a photo, newspapers will need their names for the captions. It is not necessary to send names for large group photos.
Being proactive and promoting your school's successes and achievement and events is good PR for your school and keeps members of the public, especially your local community, informed of all the positive things which are taking place.
