Information regarding release of KS4 data and reports in RAISEonline and how to access to the website in the event of any issues can be found below

Release dates for Key Stage 4 unvalidated, absence and exclusions data

We would like to update you on the release dates for 2015 Key Stage 4 unvalidated data, and absence and exclusions data for all maintained mainstream schools. If any of these dates change, we will notify you via RAISEonline latest news.

The data will be published on schools RAISEonline as follows:

•          Interactive reports – available from 9am on Friday 27 November 2015

•          Summary reports – available by 9am on Tuesday 1 December 2015

•          Key Stage 4 inspection dashboards – available by 9am on Wednesday 2 December 2015

The 2015 Key Stage 4 unvalidated data in RAISEonline will not reflect the outcome of amendments requested by schools during the annual performance tables checking exercise.

RAISEonline password reset reminder

To prevent any issues with accessing your RAISEonline reports in the peak period when the 2015 unvalidated data are released, we encourage you to check your account now to ensure that your login details work. If you are unable to log in, please use the automated reset facility in the first instance and your password will be emailed to you without delay. This can be accessed by clicking the Forgotten your password? link just under the login boxes.

If you cannot reset your password through this facility, please contact your RAISEonline administrator as detailed on the ‘Forgotten your password’ page. For school users this would be the school’s RAISEonline administrator, for LA users this would be the LA’s RAISEonline administrator. If you are the RAISEonline administrator, please email enquiries@ofsted.gov.uk

If you are a new headteacher and do not have a RAISEonline account, or the details you have been provided do not work, please contact the RAISEonline helpdesk at enquiries@ofsted.gov.uk
