Course aims and objectives:
Aim: Networking event aimed at initiating a District-wide Network to share good practice in protection, support and recovery.
- Promote understanding of the scale of self-harm in its ‘hidden’ and ‘not so hidden’ forms;
- Identify, directly from young people, the actions that support healthy coping choices;
- Describe the key features of an evidence based self-harm protocol;
- Initiate a District-Wide Self-harm Network for Universal and Targeted practitioners.
