Magna Carta workshops

The Magna Carta workshop explores the history and legacy of the Magna Carta through performance, film and debate.

The 90 minute workshop is delivered by an integrated team of learning-disabled and non-disabled facilitators from Mind the Gap theatre company in Bradford.

The workshop is offered at a subsidised rate of £100.

It is aimed at groups of up to 30 Key Stage 3 or 4 students and has been devised to complement a variety of subjects, and to meet Ofsted Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural Guidelines.

It explores themes of freedom, independence and justice, posing questions to your students about their ambitions, the consequences of Freedom of Speech online, the counter-terrorism act, and how the Magna Carta affects your rights and liberties.
