believe in Bradford - Our Vision Our Values, 20 November 2015

A conference for KS2 – KS3 pupils to develop a shared understanding of the values that they share and how these can create a vision for Bradford.

This conference promotes SMSC development and enables pupils to demonstrate an understanding of fundamental British values in an informal setting.

This fast paced conference will give pupils the opportunity to develop communication and critical thinking  skills as they spend a day in dialogue about the various influences on their lives and the values that they hold. As pupils work together to develop their vision for Bradford they demonstrate respect, beyond tolerance, of those with different faiths and beliefs.

The conference uses a successful and well established peer education model staff and pupils will be equipped to bring to their schools methods to explore British values in the context of spiritual, moral, social and cultural development and RE.

Cost £10 per pupil (minimum number of participants 4), accompanying adults are fre of charge

Places are limited and early booking is essential.
