This conference promotes SMSC development and enables pupils to demonstrate an understanding of fundamental British values in an informal setting.
This fast paced conference will give pupils the opportunity to develop communication and critical thinking skills as they spend a day in dialogue about the various influences on their lives and the values that they hold. As pupils work together to develop
their vision for Bradford they demonstrate respect, beyond tolerance, of those with different faiths and beliefs.
The conference uses a successful and well established peer education model staff and pupils will be equipped to bring to their schools methods to explore British values in the context of spiritual, moral, social and cultural development and RE.
