Update on Online Payment Systems for School Meals

The procurement exercise undertaken by Bradford Council's in house education caterer, Facilities Management (FM), to choose an online payment system provider has now concluded.

We are pleased to announce that ParentPay have been selected as our partner organisation to deliver this service within the schools where we provide the catering, and we look forward to seeing the benefits that this will bring for schools, pupils, parents and ourselves.

This system is being provided as part of the added value of contracting with Facilities Management. The intention is that implementation of the new online payments system to schools will take place through a rolling programme starting after the October ½ term break.

Our FM catering account managers will contact schools directly over the next few weeks, to provide further details of the online payments system’s features, benefits and what will need to happen to ensure a smooth and timely transition to the new system.
