10 Minute Shake Up restarts for summer

This summer Change4Life will return with Disney to encourage children to be more activity with their 10 Minute Shake Up campaign.

Currently 4 in 5 children do not achieve the recommended 60 minutes of exercise per day and 40% do less than 30 minutes per day.

10 Minute Shake Up helps to change this by breaking down the activities into 10 minute bursts with encouraging teachers, parents, carers and community groups helping them take part.

Each Primary School will receive a 10 Minute Shake Up schools pack through the Schools Fruit and Vegetable Scheme.

These include teacher resources, lesson plans and leaflets for children’s book bags.

If your school is not part of the scheme, there are a limited number of packs that can be requested by emailing thomas.atcheson@bradford.gov.uk with your school’s contact details.
