Insp Esther Hobbs, Families First manager for Keighley and Shipley, explained that Families First teams had recently become constituency based.
She said: "We aim to take a whole family and whole partnership approach to help families build a better future for themselves.
I am therefore trying to develop closer links with services for families in Keighley and so I have arranged to hold a partnership event in conjunction with the Area Coordinator Jonathan Hayes, the ward officers and the Youth Service.
This event will be a networking opportunity for all of us working in Keighley to meet each other face to face and hopefully build good links with each other."
The event, which will include a series of short presentations from a range of partners, is on Tuesday April 21, 10 - 12 noon at Keighley Young People's Centre, Parkwood Street, Keighley, BD21 4QH.
Anyone who wants to attend is asked to email
esther.hobbs@bradford.gov.uk , and is also invited to bring leaflets and information about their own service.
