Key Stage 2 validated interactive data and Early Years Foundation Stage Profile report now available

The 2014 Key Stage 2 validated interactive reports, and the Early Years Foundation Stage Profile (EYFSP) report, are now available on RAISEonline. The summary reports will be updated by 9am on Tuesday 3 March 2015.

The Key Stage 2 validated data reflect the outcome of requests for changes that schools may have submitted during the schools performance tables’ checking period, where these were received within the deadline and met the required criteria. The validated data also include changes made as a result of marking reviews, but may not reflect the outcome of any late or ongoing appeals, changes made after publication of the performance tables or of late-resolved maladministration cases.

EYFSP report

The new EYFSP report provides a summary of school performance across all the early learning goals with a focus on some pupil groups.

Updates to Key Stage 1 and phonics data since unvalidated data release

RAISEonline will not be updating the 2014 Key Stage 1, and Year 1 and Year 2 phonics interactive and summary reports on RAISEonline with final datasets this year.

The scale of change between the unvalidated and final versions has been assessed and, nationally, there were only a small number of amendments. The number of changes did not warrant the expense and time needed to update the site and complete the extensive quality assurance they apply prior to release.

RAISEonline have directly contacted the schools that had changes to school level figures and provided guidance as to how they can make local amendments to their data and produce ‘school’s own’ analyses by using the ‘data management’ function. If they have not written to your school, your data has not changed since the unvalidated reports release in October 2014. RAISEonline have informed inspectors of this decision and provided them with details of the schools affected.
