HR Briefings for Schools - update for this week's initial sessions

PACT HR are offering a number of briefing sessions on their new Disciplinary Policy and Procedure & Complaints and Grievance Procedure. Sessions booked for 3 and 5 February have been cancelled. Further details below.

The above updated policies have now been agreed with trade union colleagues and are available on the PACT HR website.  As a consequence of this, we would like to offer those schools that buy our Advisory Service the opportunity to attend briefing sessions on the changes and developments in each of the above policies.  The sessions will be run by our team of experienced HR Business Partners, who will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have in relation to these. 

Attendance at these briefing sessions, is recommended for Headteachers, Senior Leaders in school and School Business Managers.
