BPIP Teaching and Learning Programme - Talk for Writing

Please find below details for the BPIP Teaching and Learning Programme ‘Talk for Writing’ training led by Carol Satterthwaite (Language for Learning).

This course will provide an introduction to the nationally acclaimed Pie Corbett’s Talk for Writing Training.

Aims of the programme

 

  • To provide an introduction to Talk for Writing for narrative writing
  • To provide guidance on how to develop the three aspects of:- imitation, innovation and invention

Number of days:      1 day (2 x half days)

Target Audience:     Literacy Subject Managers

Dates:

Day 1:              4th February 2015      1.00p.m. – 4.00p.m. tbc.

Day 2:              21st May 2015    1.00p.m. – 4.00p.m. The Great Victoria Hotel, Bradford
