Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) survey for teachers/ professionals working with young people with learning disabilities
This survey will only take a couple of minutes of your time and will help Public Health (Sexual Health) with what training is going to be offered to schools.
You may already know about Ur Choice Plus (a programme for professionals working with young people with learning disabilities) and/ or Speakeasy Plus (a programme for parents who have young people with learning disabilities) which both have been piloted and reviewed. The evaluation from both programmes were that there needs to be more of a joined up approach from the programmes, the amount of time for training, training being aimed at the right level for the young people they work with, and parents being more involved with what is being taught around RSE in schools. This survey is to find out what you as professionals would like from RSE training, and the support you and parents would like.
Please could we have your responses by: Friday 13th February 2015
