It is important that schools receive these updates so that they complete actions on time and administer the Key Stages 1 and 2 tasks, tests and checks correctly.
There could be a number of reasons why schools are not receiving the updates. This includes that the registered email address is no longer in use or the emails are going into the school's spam account.
Schools that are not receiving updates will need to:
- check whether the superuser email address that is held on NCA tools is 'live', if it isn't it will need to be updated
- add the firstname.lastname@example.org address to their allowed list to prevent emails being marked as spam
