*****REFERRALS UPDATE*****
OUR REFERRAL FORMS AND CRITERIA ARE CHANGING
Please check here for updates. Our referral criteria is being updated and new referral forms are on their way.
We hope to offer information and training on the new referral system, please check back for updates.
We are also updating our website so that you can access universal and targeted strategies and interventions to begin support in school. We have new screening tools, training opportunities and environmental support information
available on the website too.
For now, we are still accepting referrals to the service on our existing referral forms as below, however there is a significant delay for provision of support and intervention due to the current situation. Please ensure that you are implementing universal
and targeted strategies and interventions in your settings before considering referral to the service.
We are prioritising high risk referrals so please do let us know if you have significant concerns about a child or young person, particularly if they have:
-
severe, unmet communication needs AND
-
social, emotional or mental health needs AND/OR
-
safeguarding concerns AND/OR
-
