The pre-publication consultation phase ran from 14th March - 11th April 2019.
These results have now been analysed and have been used to inform the Local Authority’s approach in the development of future specialist provision.
The Local Authority has worked closely with schools and academies district wide to ensure there are sufficient specialist places to meet children and young people’s needs. The Statutory Notices for LA maintained schools, detailing the new developments or
expansions will be published on the 23rd May. A formal statutory consultation phase will commence for 5 weeks from this date for all interested parties.
