Thank you to all of you who completed the recent customer satisfaction survey about our service. Your responses have been really useful in redesigning a new offer, building on its existing strengths with more options and flexibility to respond to school needs.

This service has been supporting schools for almost three decades with fantastic feedback from their clients about the impact the experience has had on their pupils.  Purchasing services from this team will support your school to meet the new Proposed Ofsted Education Inspection Framework 2019 requirement of “developing understanding and appreciation of diversity; celebrating what we have in common and promoting respect for the different protected characteristics.”
