The Council is required to ensure that all schools meet statutory requirements with regards to key Health and Safety matters such as Legionella Testing, Asbestos Management and Electrical Testing.
The Council will be shortly sending out a questionnaire to all maintained and academy schools asking for confirmation that all statutory checks are undertaken either through the use of Council services or other 3rd party providers.
