Wednesday 6 February at Bradford's Science & Media Museum, 4.30–6pm.

The National Science and Media Museum is thrilled to offer Bradford schools an amazing CPD opportunity.

The Young Game Designers Workshop  is for teachers and parents of 10 –18 year-olds.  Created and run by BAFTA, you’ll explore a range of resources that will engage young people in the Games Industry, discovering how these materials can be used in the classroom and at home.  This is a one-off event delivered as part of the Yorkshire Games Festival, the North’s biggest (and best) games cultural event.

The workshop will be followed by a free drinks reception where you can meet educators, developers and industry professionals, gaining extra insight into gaming and how to get young people involved in digital media.
