A pupil reported that he was approached, on his way to school this morning, by a man in a red puffa jacket. The man approached him in a snicket and offered him sweets. He then chase him down the snicket when he refused.
Suspect : Blonde hair and lots of spots on his face. In his twenties and carrying a Tesco carrier bag.
