Primary Behaviour Panel
Due to the Covid 19 situation all referrals are suspended.
Please be aware that Panel will not be accepting referrals for a full 12 week placement after the Easter break 2020 as there will not be any off-site support places with Bradford Behaviour Hub from September 2020 part-funded by the Local Authority.
Shorter placements may be requested after Easter and the Hub will accommodate as possible.

Referrals for places at the Primary Behaviour Centres, Bradford Behaviour Hub (BBH), are considered by a Panel of serving Primary Headteachers. Some members of the Panel have been developing aspects in their school which they are happy to be contacted about
should you wish to seek further information.

Please note this request must be supported by an outside agency i.e. Education Psychology Service or Behaviour Support Service - Specialist Teaching Team. Please ensure ALL documents are submitted from section 7 along with a highlighted range guidance
to indicate what is in place.

School agreement to Centre Placement
The current conditions for a placement in Bradford Behaviour Hub are outlined in the school agreement which
is agreed by schools on acceptance of the placement. The funding by school for the place is agreed by school when a referral is made and accepted.
When sending a referral through for Primary Behaviour Panel the referral needs to be received no later than the Tuesday lunchtime before the Panel date. Any referrals received after Tuesday will be taken to the next Panel date.
