The Bradford Framework Agreement for Off-site Learning Provision set up to enhance mainstream education for Key Stage 3/4 learners is now available. It commences on 20 October 2014 and is available to secondary schools, special schools, academies, pupil
referral units and BACs in the District. Schools may choose to use the Framework to purchase provision for learners and off-framework purchases can still be made by schools if they so wish. The Council carried out a challenging tender process and providers
on the Framework were assessed for quality assurance standards.
The Framework is open to a wide range of educational provision, vocational training and online learning. The Council has produced a
catalogue giving details of the off-site learning provision on offer and instructions for purchasing provision from the Framework.
Please note schools need to sign an access agreement form from Bradford Council before they can purchase provision from the Framework.
